Each retreat includes daily yoga, pranayama, and meditation, alongside thoughtfully curated workshops in nutrition, anatomy, alignment, and philosophy. We also include at least one guided walk through the beautiful surrounding mountains, allowing you to experience the natural stillness and beauty of this unique landscape.

At the beginning of your stay, you will be invited to set a personal intention for the week — a gentle compass to guide your practice and your time with us. 

Namit has travelled widely, studying with experienced yogis and teachers from around the world, and his intention is to share yoga as a living tradition — offering practical tools, ancient wisdom, and space for deep rest and clarity.

Our experienced chef creates healthy, well-balanced meals using the finest local, organic wholefood ingredients, sourced wherever possible from trusted Valencian farmers. Each dish is prepared with care, intention, and a genuine love for nourishing others — something our guests consistently feel and appreciate.

Working closely with Namit, who has studied nutrition to an advanced level, the chef ensures every meal is both delicious and thoughtfully designed to support health, vitality, and balance — a plant-based dining experience that many guests describe as a true highlight of the retreat.

The food that is served is carefully selected, organic and plant-based. To us it is vital that the quality of the food is the absolute best you can get from the Valencian Community. All ingredients are collected by our chef from local organic farmers to ensure that they are always fresh and tasty.

Yoga Retreat

Each Yoga Retreat begins on a Sunday at 16.00 and ends on a Friday at 11.30, so you’ll have six restorative days of:

  • two classes daily of wonderful Hatha or Vinyasa and Yin yoga

  • an inspiring meditation class daily;

  • delicious, organic, plant-based meals, drinks and snacks;

  • lovely comfortable accommodation with en suite bathroom;

  • an exhilarating hike in the fresh mountain air;

  • relaxing moments in the beautiful sunshine, by the pool or in the nearby mountains;

  • fun, informative workshops;

  • and great company.

Yoga Teacher Training

We would love to guide you up to teacher level during one of our Teacher Training Courses.  Each course lasts 23 days,  beginning on a Saturday and ending on a Sunday.


Our courses offer you an holistic approach to this joyful and health-sustaining practice, with the best of both an Eastern and Western approach to Yoga Teacher Training and a focus on pranayama; asana; chanting and meditation and an exploration in to the philosophy that forms the solid foundation of these practices, so that you can grow, develop and gain confidence in your practice and bring yoga fully in to your life, on and off the mat.
